You can export the contact form from this website, and import into another website that has Caldera Forms installed. 🙂

How to Export Form in Caldera Forms

First, you need to install Caldera Form

Next, go to Caldera Forms > Hover on Form > Click on Export

Click on Export

Done!

The downloaded form will be named form-01-export.json

How to Import Form in Caldera Forms

First, go to Caldera Forms > Import

Name Your Form, Choose Form File, click on Trusted Source

Then click on Import Form

Done!
