About

My passion is writing and helping people.

I started participating in an IT Forum in 2007 and started helping people about how to use and problems related to Antivirus Software (Kaspersky, Eset Nod32, Avira..).

Some time later I learned about Facebook and became active in study groups to answer questions about Mathematics and Physics for high school students. (I am still active now. But very little.)

In 2016 I volunteered to translate WordPress themes/plugins (vi.wordpress.org), and joined a WordPress group and regularly answered questions about WordPress. (Until now I am still active, every month I help them translate 1-2 themes/plugins)

2019 I learned about Squarespace and started helping the community.

Besides IT, I also have some small projects about library (I have a small library with free books for students, give scholarships to poor children, give books to schools, provide career courses [online] and computer support for them to learn it),

Services

Currently I only help based on donations, you send questions, I answer and you send donations.

If you have regular monthly questions, you can donate a more stable amount, so you don’t have to think about how much to send for each question. I am currently offering $99/month, for:

  • Answer all your questions [I will send the code via email, or you add me as a contributor, I will add the code. However, I will only handle a certain number of questions at a time, and once you have confirmed that they work, I will check the next questions]
  • Custom Plugin [If you have installed a Plugin and want to customize it but the plugin author does not support it, you can send me an email]
  • Request Tutorial [I write tutorials every day. If you have a feature you want that you use a lot, instead of coding it for each specific site, you can send me a request to write a tutorial so you can code it yourself for next cases. I will post the tutorial on the forum and send it to you. Or you can post your question on the Forum and send the link to me, I will check and write the tutorial.]

I will send automatic monthly invoices via PayPal, or if you don’t use PayPal you can use this link.

I only offer this to a certain number of people, I want a steady income so I can focus on helping people through answering questions and writing tutorials.
