To change popup text, you can do following guide!

First, you need to create a popup. (Home > Marketing > Promotional Popup)

Next, click on Content

You can edit Title & Body text here.

If you want to change “Email Address”, “Subscribe”, “We respect…”, go back and click on Action

You can also change Success text here

Done.
